Refreshing a local church's online presence

The Calling Community Church is a community church based in Platte City, and they needed their previous website fixed up. They were previously using a Wix site, and they kept running into issues with content updates and design consistency. Their Wix site also didn't work on mobile devices. They liked the design of their original site, but wanted to adjust it to focus more on the community aspects of their ministry.

The brief

We were asked to rebuild the website on a platform that was easier to update, maintained design consistency across all pages, and worked on all devices and browsers. We also introduced video elements and new photos to help focus the site on their great community, and added an easy-to-use podcasts and events system to make the site simple to update and maintain.
